Daycare Check-in/Check-out

  • Open Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays

  • Early check-in: 6:30 am - 8 am for a $15 fee

  • Standard check-in: 8 am - 10 am

  • Standard check-out: 8 am - 10 am or 4 pm - 6:30 pm

  • Late check-out 6:30 pm-7:30 pm for a $25 fee

Boarding Check-in/Check-Out

  • Open seven days a week, 24 hours per day

  • Early check-in: 6:30 am - 8 am for a $15 fee

  • Standard check-in: 8 am - 10 am

  • Evening check-in 5 pm-6:30 pm

  • Standard check-out: 8 am - 10 am or 4 pm - 6:30 pm

  • Late check-out 6:30 pm-7:30 pm for a $25 fee

  • Boarding check-in/check-out is unavailable on significant holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. You can only check in or out the day before or after a holiday.

Boarding is charged per night on a 24-hour cycle — either AM-to-AM or PM-to-PM.

The full fee applies regardless of when within the window you pick up your pet — early pickup does not result in a discount or credit.

  • AM check-in → AM pickup = one boarding fee

  • PM check-in → PM pickup = one boarding fee

  • PM check-in → AM pickup = one boarding fee

  • AM check-in → PM pickup the next day = one boarding fee + one beyond 24 hours fee (daycare fee for the extra day of care)
