A maximum of 3 personal pet items per pet are allowed during their stay. Excess items will be denied at check-in. All personal pet items must be in good condition (not broken, torn, or dirty) and cleaned. All items brought into the facility must be free of bugs/pests, excess pet hair, urine, throw-up, or feces. Items that we deem unfit will be returned at check-in. We are not responsible for damaged or lost pet items.

Indigestible, soft rubber, fluff, squeaker toys and rawhide chews.
Pet cots, comforters, large blankets, or pillows.
Any items we deem unfit for their stay will be denied at check-in.
To avoid underfeeding, overfeeding, or feeding incorrectly, it's crucial to adhere to these guidelines. Please note that original pet food bags, containers, and scoopers are not allowed due to limited storage. Failure to pack your pet's food correctly according to our instructions may result in a $ 25 charge, as we will need to repack it by meal. We do have a refrigerator and freezer for pet food, medications, and supplements.
Dry or Homemade Food: For your convenience, meals should be in resealable silicon or plastic bags. Bag each meal separately (e.g., Bag 1- AM: 1 cup, Bag 2- PM: 1 cup). Write your pet’s first and last name on the bag, label each meal (Breakfast, lunch, dinner), and any special instructions (e.g., add water, mix with wet food).
Canned Food: It's important to label the cans with your pet’s first and last name, serving instructions, and any special instructions. This shows your responsibility and care for your pet.
Prepackaged Raw/Fresh Food: Keep raw/fresh food (Farmers Dog, Ollie, etc.) in original packaging or resealable bags. Freeze all raw food except what is needed on check-in day. We will thaw as needed. Leave a note of special instructions (e.g., heat, add water).
Treats: Pack treats, dental chews, and chews in resealable bags, with enough for the entire stay (e.g., 6 dental chews for 6 days). Remember, only provide digestible treats; no rawhide for safety.
Extra Food: Include an extra day’s worth of food for unexpected delays or spills. Rest assured, any unused food will be returned, so you can feel secure and not wasteful. If extra food is not packed and your pet runs our or the food spills, we will feed out in-house food at a fee.
