“My husband and I have 3 dogs and have moved around a lot as a young couple. With that said, we have tried so many different dog daycares and boarding establishments in the past. But none have come close to giving us the comfort, professionalism and peace of mind as Winter Park Paws. We’ve been consistent weekly customers of Winter Park paws for the past 6 months. In that time, they have watched and cared for our 3 dogs in the best way. We even took a few vacations and tried their boarding service as well. They gave us daily updates for both daycare and boarding. They took many photos of our pups and are very active on their Instagram which was great to discover! We could always check on our dogs and see how they were doing. They always have the biggest smiles on their faces when they are in the care of Winter Park Paws. “I CANNOT go to anyplace else. The professionalism, the cleanliness, the care, Sammy has plenty of room to do whatever he wants and gets plenty of attention. I cannot be happier sending Sammy to any other place nor would I want to as winter park paws has the absolute best pet care and customer service out of ANY place. They never charge me extra fees or nickel-dime me for accommodations and they would be happy to clean, cut nails, if he needs. He comes home smelling good too! They also came to pick him up safely for very cheap I didn’t even have to worry I just walked out of my house to go on vacation and they came and picked him up and sent me updates on his pickup and ride there. Sent me photos and updates every day!! My dog always comes home better than when he went in. And by that, I mean - he smells better, he behaves better, he barks less, he’s calmer, overall much happier and relaxed after his boarding is over. “Alicia has been caring for my dog almost one year now and the pawsitive changes have been nothing short of amazing. I’m picky AF when it comes to my dog, as any single motherless child whose only baby is a dog would be. I had fired 3 of the other dog walkers due to unreliability, last minute cancellations and suspicion they weren’t really walking him. It got bad, Milo started destroying my house which I’d completely put of character for my 8 year old boy. My choice was to quit my job or rehome him. Rehoming him was not an option for my heart.
